G&A Partners Names Pascal Gibert as New CTO

G&A Partners

G&A Partners, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, announced that Pascal Gibert will assume the role of chief technology officer (CTO). He succeeds Lloyd Closson, who will now serve as the vice president of software engineering at G&A Partners.

As a global technology leader with over 30 years of experience in enterprise software and IT, Gibert specializes in balancing technology and domain expertise, business acumen, people-focused leadership, and operational excellence to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

“Pascal brings deep expertise in digital transformation, engineering leadership, and organizational excellence to G&A,” says John W. Allen, president and CEO of G&A Partners. “As we continue to experience significant growth, both organically and through acquisitions, expand our best-in-class HR services, and reach new markets, Pascal will be instrumental in driving our technological advancement and innovation. He will be a tremendous addition to the leadership team.”

Based in San Francisco, Gibert joins G&A after his most recent role at TriNet, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives as head of engineering and solutions development. He started his career at ESIGELEC, a generalist engineering school in Normandy, where he implemented curricula focused on programming, software, operating systems, and artificial intelligence. He later held leadership positions at top technology companies like Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, and CA Technologies.

“I am joining G&A Partners during an exciting time of growth and opportunity,” says Gibert. “The chance to help deliver a truly unique and differentiated experience for our clients, while leveraging AI to increase our operational efficiency, is truly compelling. I look forward to working with the talented team at G&A to shape the future of our HR solutions and make a lasting impact.”

Closson, who joined G&A in 2017 as an independent contractor, will follow his passion for software development in his new role. “We appreciate his years of dedicated service as CTO,” says Allen, ”and his continued commitment to innovation as he works alongside Pascal to design and develop the next-generation platform for G&A’s customers.”
