“Innovation thrives on diverse perspectives. By bringing together people from different backgrounds, we can create solutions that are truly inclusive and reflective of the world we live in,” said Will McNeil, Founder and CEO of Black Tech Jobs. “Our partnership with Blueprint creates real opportunities for talent from underrepresented communities.”
The representation of diverse talent in tech remains disproportionately low. According to Google’s 2024 Diversity Annual Report, only 5.7% of Google’s new hires were Black, and 7.5% were Latinx. Additionally, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that in 2022, the unemployment rate for Black Americans was 6.1% and 6.2% for American Indians and Alaska Natives—nearly double the national average of 3.6%.

This initiative will identify, train, and connect candidates with leading corporations and high-growth tech companies, creating a diverse ecosystem that serves as a force multiplier for companies looking to scale.
