Espresa Partners with LifeSpeak for Inclusive Wellness Benefits

New collaboration gives HR teams easy access to Wellbeats Wellness and LifeSpeak Inc.’s full suite of inclusive, whole-person mental health, caregiving, and substance use resources via Espresa’s personal benefits platform.

Espresa, a leading personal benefits platform specializing in Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) and employee wellbeing programs announced that it has partnered with LifeSpeak Inc., the leading provider of mental, physical, and family wellbeing solutions for employers, health plans, and other organizations. The partnership gives HR teams and employees who use Espresa’s benefits platform easy access to LifeSpeak Inc.’s whole-person wellbeing solutions, including Wellbeats Wellness, LifeSpeak Mental Health & Resilience, Torchlight Parenting & Caregiving, and ALAViDA Substance Use.

Increasingly, employees want freedom and choice in their non-medical benefit options, with 70% indicating interest in customizable benefits. Currently, 100% of Espresa clients offer physical wellbeing support if they offer wellbeing wallets, with 94% offering lifestyle support and another 76% offering emotional/mental wellbeing support. LSAs are especially attractive to high-tech, financial, and healthcare industries, where talent acquisition, employee engagement, and inclusivity are key drivers in structuring employee benefit programs.

Espresa will add LifeSpeak Inc.’s suite of wellbeing solutions to its platform, including Wellbeats Wellness, which will be featured in Espresa’s Wellbeats: Wellness Portal. Wellbeats features more than 1,200 on-demand classes designed for all ability levels. Topics include yoga, HIIT, strength training, running and walking, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition and recipes, cycling, circuits, kickboxing, dance, work breaks, stretching, and more.
