With over 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, Dubke brings a wealth of expertise across talent acquisition, employee engagement, career development, and organizational transformation. Her impressive track record includes leadership roles at AMN Healthcare, JP Morgan Chase, and Southwest Airlines, where she successfully implemented people strategies to support complex, dynamic organizations.

Based in the company’s Frisco, Texas office, Dubke will report directly to Kelly Rakowski, AHSG’s Chief Executive Officer.
