The inaugural members of the ClearanceJobs Policy Advisory Board include:

  • The Honorable William Evaninais the former Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) and the Founder and CEO of the Evanina Group. He is recognized for his leadership in counterintelligence and insider threat programs.
  • The Honorable Ellen McCarthyis the former Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence and Research (INR), and the current CEO and Founder of Trust in Media. She is an authority on open-source intelligence gathering and workforce planning.
  • Jamie Jones Miller is the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs and the current Regional Dean and CEO, Northeastern University- Arlington. She is widely known as an innovative expert in defense, security, and policy.
  • Charles Phalen is the former Acting Director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the current principal of CS Phalen & Associates. He brings decades of leadership in personnel vetting and security policy.
