Sally joins Culture Amp with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience at international organizations. Sally was most recently the Chief Executive Officer at AMP Bank Limited and has held various leadership roles at National Australia Bank and Macquarie Bank. Sally also serves as a Director of Rising (formerly the Melbourne International Arts Festival).
In the newly created role of integrated COO & CFO, Sally will play a key role within the executive team and across the organization.

Sally has worked for more than 25 years as a senior executive at global organizations. Prior to joining Culture Amp, Sally was the Chief Executive Officer of AMP Bank. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer Business and Personal Banking at National Australia Bank and has held a number of senior leadership roles at Macquarie Group. Sally also serves as a Director of Rising (formerly the Melbourne International Arts Festival) and Chief Executive Women. Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance. Sally is a driver of performance through culture and is a passionate advocate of people and diversity in all its forms.
