UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management and culture solutions, has partnered with Dell Technologies to open a Dell Technologies Solar Community Hub sponsored by UKG in Los Pinos Park, Mexico, benefitting the hillside neighborhoods of Campana and Altamira. The Dell Technologies Solar Community Hub developed with local partners, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Computer Aid International, will provide around 20,000 local residents with access to technology, education, healthcare and vital infrastructure, addressing the unique needs of the local community.
Jay Whitehead Joins Asure as Senior Vice President of AsurePay and Marketplace
Asure, a leading provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, announced that serial HR and pay technology pioneer Jay Whitehead has joined to lead its AsurePay Platinum VIP Banking card and Marketplace businesses. Employers Say They’re Communicating Company Goals, But 80 Percent of Employees Are Unaware
Slingshot, the work management platform from software company Infragistics that brings data to the center of everything teams work on, has released the second part of findings from its Digital Work Trends Report. The report reveals that most employees are unaware of how their individual contributions at work support larger company goals and growth. Only 23% of employees feel educated on company goals, which is in stark contrast with the 84% of leaders who say they’re effectively communicating business goals, objectives and key results to employees. More than half of employees (51%) say that having increased transparency into these goals would help them to better manage their workload and drive productivity.
