Harver Launches Smart Job Navigator for Faster Hiring

Harver, the industry-leading volume hiring solution helping organizations make better hiring decisions, announces the launch of Smart Job Navigator, a cutting-edge tool designed to match candidates to best-fit roles with greater speed and efficiency. Too often, candidates apply for roles that aren’t the right fit, resulting in high rejection rates, while slow screening processes and repetitive applications lead to high drop-off. These obstacles allow qualified individuals to slip through the cracks, compromise the hiring process, and impact business performance. With Smart Job Navigator, companies no longer need to lose out on great talent just because a candidate applied for the wrong role. By instantly routing candidates to the best-fit positions—even those they didn’t originally apply for—organizations can stop wasting sourcing dollars and maximize every applicant’s potential.
