Litespace, a Toronto-based AI startup in HR tech, introduced its AI Recruiting Agents. These digital teammates assess applicants at every stage of the hiring pipeline and maintain a live, unified profile for each candidate. By cutting manual sorting and back-and-forth delays, the system cuts time-to-hire by 70% and gives recruiters a clear, data-rich view of every applicant. Litespace AI reads each resume and researches online signals to set an initial score. It then conducts AI-led screening interviews with shortlisted candidates, helps plan human interview loops, and analyzes every conversation in real time. As candidates move through the pipeline, the AI ranks their performance in interviews and assessments.
