With over 20 years of experience in change management, talent development, and HR operations, Bock is known for building high-performance, people-first cultures. She joins Intact’s executive team to drive growth and transformation through strategic talent initiatives.

Before Intact, Bock was an Organizational Change Leader at Salesforce, where she led enterprise-wide transformation programs and implemented scalable strategies to support growth. She spent over a decade at Acumen Solutions (acquired by Salesforce in 2021), leading HR and learning initiatives that improved retention and launched programs in employee development, performance, and DEI.

Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Innovative Concepts, Gulf Power, and TRW Inc.

Bock holds a BBA (Summa Cum Laude) from James Madison University, an HR Management Certificate from George Mason University, and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. She is also an SPHR and Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.
Active in the community, Bock has served on nonprofit boards including the Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP) Foundation and Fairfax CASA. She volunteers at Culpepper Garden Retirement Community and is Vice President and Membership Chair for the Sleepy Hollow Citizens Association. She lives in Falls Church, VA, with her husband and their golden retriever.
