United Real Estate Dallas has announced that Kevin Caskey has joined the company as Talent Attraction Specialist, bringing his extensive leadership and recruiting expertise to the team. Caskey transitions to United from Halo Group Realty, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President.
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Caskey is a well-respected and accomplished leader known for his people-first approach. During his career, he has been a top-producing agent, team leader, recruiter and has served in executive leadership positions at prominent brokerages in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Caskey began his real estate career at Keller Williams, Dallas City Center, quickly becoming a top-producing agent and then eventually serving as Team Leader. He later led Dallas City Center as an independent brokerage for six years, serving as President of Nathan Grace Real Estate and was in charge of companywide recruiting when they were acquired by Century 21 Judge Fite Fine Homes & Estates. In 2018, he joined Halo Group Realty, where he directed agent operations and growth initiatives as Executive Vice President.
