O’Neal brings over two decades of extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Varo Bank, the first all-digital consumer bank in the U.S. with a national banking charter. Prior to that, O’Neal spent 11 years at WageWorks as Chief People Officer, where she led a mission-critical team, played a key role in the company’s IPO, spearheaded multiple acquisitions, and created an engaged internal culture. Earlier in her career, she led the HR function at Zilog, where she played a key role in stabilizing and growing the company through a period of transformation and its return to the public markets. She also managed a global workforce across the U.S., Europe and Asia, driving initiatives to strengthen leadership, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
