Trent Vance has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Florida, Vance will work with clients throughout the Southeast and nationwide to develop long-term strategies that optimize employee benefits programs while supporting talent attraction and retention.

Vance brings nearly 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, working with mid-market organizations to develop comprehensive employee benefits strategies. His consulting expertise spans fully insured and self-funded programs, with a focus on long-term cost reduction and supporting corporate objectives across the entire employee lifecycle.
Prior to joining Alliant, Vance was Area Vice President, Health & Welfare within the South Florida offices of a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
