Watercrest Senior Living Group honored their award-winning family of associates this month with a celebratory Employee Appreciation Day. The day of recognition was enjoyed in Watercrest senior living communities across the southeast as associates gathered for a wide variety of fun and festivities.
Watercrest Santa Rosa Beach threw an epic bash for residents and associates complete with an outdoor cookout, axe throwing, dance party and yard games while Watercrest Winter Park treated their associates to a well-deserved meal from the Asia Kitchen food truck. In The Villages of Central Florida, Watercrest Buena Vista threw a housewarming party to enthusiastically welcome new residents and associates, while neighboring Watercrest Spanish Springs hosted ‘a sweet celebration for the coolest team,’ an ice cream social to thank associates for their heart-felt leadership.
