Lampin Corporation, a 100% employee-owned precision manufacturing leader, is pleased to announce its acquisition of all assets and employees of Monalex Manufacturing, Inc., effective January 8, 2025. This strategic acquisition includes Monalex’s cutting-edge equipment and customer base, as well as the addition of several skilled machinists to Lampin’s team, who will join as new employee-owners through Lampin’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Monalex’s customers can expect uninterrupted service, with many benefiting from faster production times and reduced wait times for products. The transition is designed to be seamless, continuing the legacy of excellence Monalex has built over more than 30 years of precision machining.
