Allan previously spent almost twenty years in the executive search industry at Kindred Partners, where he led their B2B SaaS, DeepTech, Consumer, and early AI work, recruiting leadership teams for several companies that went on to $1B exits or IPOs. He also co-founded and scaled the company’s operations in Silicon Valley.
