Don Weinstein has joined the team of Nayya Health (“Nayya”), a leading benefits experience platform, as a Special Advisor to enhance the company’s tried-and-true decision support technology, which aids employees in making decisions about their financial and physical wellness.
Don Weinstein joins Nayya after spending 17 years at ADP, the country’s largest payroll provider, where he held a number of leadership positions, including Chief Strategy Officer, SVP of Product Management, and VP of Corporate Strategy. During this time, he accomplished notable feats like closing a number of strategic acquisitions, converting the global product management organization to an Agile one, and establishing the ADP Ventures group, which established organic, net-new revenue-generating businesses. He most recently held the position of Global Chief Product and Technology Officer, where he was responsible for managing ADP’s global technology strategy and implementation.
According to Sina Chehrazi, CEO and Co-Founder of Nayya, “Don will provide product strategy insights by creatively challenging the status quo to support organizational growth, while ensuring a top-tier personalized benefits experience.” “Don’s experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space is unmatched, and we are delighted to welcome him to the organization where his consistent success in developing top-of-the-line products equips Nayya to successfully scale our mission to support millions of Americans in making data-driven benefits decisions with confidence.”
According to Weinstein, “In my nearly two decades in the HCM space, benefits experience has long been neglected, but Nayya is changing that with their extensive best-in-class patents and deep technology, enabling employees to make the best, most affordable benefits choices for their families.”
At Nayya, we think there is a better approach to select and utilize benefits: a method that is more open and straightforward, one that gives workers greater confidence in their choices and promotes better financial and health outcomes. Nayya analyzes data all year long to make sure that employees receive the proper perks and quick fixes when they most need them. The goal of Nayya is to provide customers with financial security.
