FutureSense Names Dr. Denise L. Caleb First Vice President And Director Of Human Capital Consulting Practice. She will oversee the Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development (OD), Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Strategy, and Creative Service lines of business as the first vice president and director of the Human Capital Consulting Practice.
“Dr. Caleb, will innovate and lead our existing Human Capital strategies and expand our service lines to enhance our DEIB capabilities and take us into new territories of people and relationship services to assist HR and business professionals,” said Ji. “He is one of the leading experts in the country on DEIB, holding a CHRO position twice, spending more than 25 years in human resources, business development, and executive leadership roles, and a military spouse of 27 years.”

She was named one of Colorado’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) and is the recipient of a Stevie Award for Women in Business, nominated in the Female Executive of the Year category. She is a sought-after speaker and thought leader who has been featured in SHRM, HR Professionals, and HR Executive Magazines as well as at conferences for diversity women and HR technology.
