Sunrise Expands Use Of Beqom To Drive Growth

Sunrise Increases Beqom Use To Promote Growth

Sunrise, the largest non-state-controlled telecommunications company in Switzerland, has announced that it is expanding its use of beqom to manage sales performance and support growth in its flanker brands (yallo and Lebara). Sunrise uses beqom, a provider of cloud-based total compensation and continuous performance management solutions.

Since 2012, Sunrise has used beqom to control sales incentives and performance across its distribution network. Our main commissioning system is beqom, according to Stefan Fuchs, Executive Director Flanker Brands at Sunrise. “Commissions are a key incentive for our sellers,” he adds. Beqom is used by our store managers and agents to track daily sales and goals. Daily updates on new sales and performance relative to goals are provided to sellers. Managers can see individual sales rep performance, along with aggregations at the store and regional levels. Finally, beqom supports us to use the best reward strategies enabling the growth of our business.

As the company adheres to a distinct segmented strategy in the telecom market, adding the flanker brands business (yallo and Lebara) to the beqom sales performance management system will provide the same support to sellers throughout the respective distribution network.

According to Sunrise’s chief information officer, Anna Maria Blengino, “We have innovative and distinctive commission programmes, with variables such as products, distributors, and resellers.”

According to Gary Davenport, Senior Director Big Data and ERP at Sunrise, “the beqom solution has additional advantages, including scalability to handle hundreds of thousands or millions of daily transactions, reporting consistency, oversight, and the ability to cross-sell.” “It boosts sales revenues and gives us the freedom to restructure the sales team as necessary. SAP and beqom are integrated for payment processing.

Sunrise, a fully owned subsidiary of Liberty Global, provides both residential and commercial customers with market-leading mobile, Internet, TV, and fixed network services.
